Without leaving your home, you’ll receive a unique selection of supplements — in a box of 30 sachets, each containing your daily dose. No more forgetting your daily intake!

Formulated by their bio-engineers, Cuure offers a wide range of products: vitamins, minerals, plants, probiotics, amino acids…

Their supplements are formulated in France, from ingredients with science-backed efficacy, without soy….

I tested Cuure for 1 month, here is my review.

How does it work?

Cuure is offered as a flexible subscription with monthly boxes that can be modified from one month to the next.

There are two options:

• If you are aware of your own supplement needs, you can add them directly to your cart to include them in your box.
• If you want guidance in your selection, you can complete an online assessment of about 5 minutes with around forty questions about your needs, health, lifestyle, diet, allergies, etc.

After the test, developed with a committee of nutrition professionals (nutritionist doctors, pharmacists, naturopaths, and biologists), a recommendation algorithm suggests between 2 and 8 suitable dietary supplements for each person.

You are free to include them in your cart or choose additional dietary supplements.

Then, every month you receive a box containing your supplement sachets for daily consumption.

Our Test and Review of Cuure

The Order

At the start of the online test, I have to specify my first name, my opinion regarding dietary supplements (see screenshot below)

Whether I’m currently using them or have used them in the past, my gender, and if I want supplements for a (future) pregnancy or breastfeeding, my age, and my postal code. 

Then I define my expectations and goals and answer a new series of questions based on these goals (between 2 and 5 questions per goal).

For example, by checking the “Brain” goal, the following questions appear:

• “Do you sometimes have trouble concentrating?”
• “Do you have short-term memory problems?”

Then there are questions about my lifestyle (diet, sport etc.), any allergies, my dietary regimen.

One may wonder if all questions really affect our recommendations, for example: “what do you think of traditional medicine?”

After the test, here are the recommendations I received:

Once the basket is modified / validated, I can place an order and specify my delivery options: it is offered across Europe for purchases over €20, knowing that the average price of a box is around €35.

Package Reception

Cuure promises to deliver in 2 to 5 days. Upon opening the box, personalization is evident. I find my first name on the packaging of the daily sachets and on the explanatory note.

A product notice reviews composition and dosage of the supplements. Thanks to their size, the sachets are easily transportable.

Taking the Supplements

My personalized daily sachet contains 8 different supplements: milk thistle, boswellia, vitamin D, ginseng, a complex of B vitamins, probiotics, vitamin C, and magnesium.

The supplements have a neutral smell and taste.

Customer Service

Cuure allows us to adapt our treatment based on our needs, feedback, and the seasons.

Support is easily accessible from the website and can be reached via chat, email, or phone. It is possible to track the delivery of your order through a link.

The support was responsive when I asked about possible negative interaction of foods with my dietary supplements.

Who is behind Cuure?

Cuure was launched in January 2019 by Hugo Facchin and Jules Marcilhacy, two entrepreneurs with doctor parents who have always been immersed in nutrition.

Hugo Facchin

Hugo, a graduate of ESSEC, grew up in a family of doctors and was very early sensitized to dietary supplements. He was CEO of the successful New York foodtech startup “Try the world”.

Jules Marcilhacy

Jules, a graduate of Mines de Paris, has notably worked for a large strategy consulting firm. He also cut his teeth in New York startups as marketing director at “Adore Me” and as founder of “Galen supply”. His mother is a nutritionist doctor.

Investors, Partners, and Laboratories

On the funding side, the startup raised funds from Kima Ventures’ seed fund and several business angels in the sector.

Cuure later raised 10 million euros with the specialized fund Capagro as the main investor, as well as Verlinvest, Jamjar, and Newfund renewing its investment

The products are manufactured in Europe, in partner laboratories with over 40 years of experience. 

The company works with a scientific committee composed of nutritionist doctors, a neurologist, and Doctors of Pharmacy.

Our Opinion: ★★★★☆

I greatly appreciated my experience with Cuure, in fact, I continued my subscription after the test. The personalization of the experience, both of the pack and the supplements, is a real plus compared to other dietary supplement brands online.

With its mobile application, email reminders, and subscription system, Cuure manages to keep us consistent in taking supplements in the long term. This is particularly important as most scientific studies show that only by taking supplements for several months can we see a true impact on our health and well-being.

The price is another argument: the subscription to Cuure is much cheaper than purchasing the different supplements separately, either online or in pharmacies.

I also note a commitment to transparency regarding the products offered, with detailed information on the composition of the supplements, their dosages, and their properties.

To further this transparency approach, Cuure could specify the origin of all the natural products used (the fish used in the “omega 3” supplement, the canola in the “vitamin D,” etc.).

The company has indicated that they are working on a new version of the website that will make this information even more accessible.
