And to discuss our immunity and its link with nutrition, we welcome Thierry Souccar.

A journalist and scientific author, he has written 19 books on diet and health, including many best-sellers.

In charge for 10 years of health, biology, and nutrition matters at Sciences et Avenir, he created the site LaNutrition.fr in 2006, the first French-language information site on diet and health.

He is particularly the author of the book “Stop Sabotaging Your Immunity“. In it, he details the lifestyle changes we should adopt for our immunity, whether it’s diet, physical exercise, stress management, or sleep.

The goal: to put the immune system to rest, avoid overactivating it, and create an inflammatory environment.
