The Brand

Natura Force is a French brand based in Toulon. It was created in 2015 by Thierry Sestrieres.

In 2013, after a long journey in South America, the founder discovered the benefits of superfoods from this continent, particularly maca, guarana and chia seeds used ancestrally by local populations.

Upon returning to France, he decided to create a range of organic dietary supplements, natural and of impeccable quality.

Since its creation, the brand has continued to grow and presents itself as one of the main players in the field of natural dietary supplements with a range that includes about thirty products and always the same values: quality, efficiency, and naturalness. 

Natura Force is aimed at anyone wishing to take care of their health, improve their well-being, and optimize their performances through 3 complementary axes: vitality, sport and weight loss. 

The Products

The brand offers: 

• Capsules of superfood extracts (ginkgo, maca, ashwagandha, nettle, turmeric)
• Capsules of vitamins, minerals, and other micronutrients of natural origin
• Organic superfood powders (baobab, açaí, moringa, …)
• Culinary aids (pancake mix, sweet potato flour, energy bars, plant-based proteins…). 
• Beehive products.  

According to the founder, the brand plans to launch many new products, during the course of 2022, including milk thistle and valerian extracts that are organic and 100% French.   

At Natura Force, almost all products are organic. If they are not, particularly for vitamins and minerals, they are guaranteed to be free from chemicals, GMO-free, and free from controversial substances.

Our test

I received the products within 48 hours in a well-sealed small-sized box, which means no space is wasted during transport, reducing the carbon footprint.

The products are packaged in resealable kraft bags for superfood powders or in recyclable plastic bottles for capsules.

A thank you card wishing a pleasant day from the Natura Force team is included in the box.

All product information is relatively clear. You will find the product description, its benefits, the ideal dosage, and nutritional values or titration where possible.

However, the origin of the raw materials is not always indicated.

I was lucky to test five products from the Natura Force range, organic royal jelly, organic baobab powder, multivitamins, vitamin C, and organic maca extract capsules.

The royal jelly is a substance produced by bees, intended exclusively to feed the larvae and the queen. It is extremely nutritious and very rich in vitamins, minerals, and trace elements.

Traditionally, it is used to reduce physical and mental fatigue and to boost the immune defenses.

Natura Force’s royal jelly is organic and additive-free. However, it is thawed before being packaged.

It comes in a 100g jar to be refrigerated after opening. The origin is not indicated, which is not ideal for a hive product.

For optimal effect, it is recommended to consume 1 small spoonful of 1 to 2 g per day. People allergic to bee products should be very careful.

Personally, I was not familiar with royal jelly in this form, I was used to consuming it in ampoules. I must admit that the viscous texture and taste make it difficult for me to take daily.

Organic Baobab Powder

Baobab powder improves joint comfort and is particularly recommended in case of deficiency and lack of vitality.

Its sweet tangy taste makes it easy to use mixed with water, fruit juice, or added to preparations.

Personally, I added 2 teaspoons to yogurt for breakfast. I really enjoyed it!

This baobab powder comes from South Africa, however, I find it regrettable that the titration of vitamins and minerals is not specified. This would provide better insight into the nutritional quality and interest of the product.

Natura Force does not use synthetic vitamins in its supplements, the vitamins and minerals are always of natural origin, making them highly absorbable.

This product consists of 15 vitamins and minerals. It is available in a plant-based capsule form.

The recommended nutritional values are covered for most vitamins with 4 capsules per day except for 3 vitamins: B9, B2, and B5 (only 25% of NRVs). A bottle contains 100 capsules, allowing for a 25-day course.

The multivitamin is recommended for people with an imbalanced diet lacking in vegetables or too industrialized as well as for those suffering from fatigue or stress.

At Natura Force, vitamin C is 100% natural and comes from acerola and camu camu, two super fruits that are particularly rich in it.

The course comes in tablet form, it is recommended to take it 3 times a day, providing 400 mg of vitamin C, which is 500% of the recommended nutritional values.

A bottle contains 90 tablets, which allows for a 30-day course. 

Vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of good immunity, combats fatigue and cellular aging.

While deficiencies in this vitamin are extremely rare nowadays, some people have increased needs such as athletes, smokers, and people with a less varied diet. 

Maca capsules

Maca is a tuber that grows at altitudes between 4000 and 5000 meters. It has many recognized benefits, particularly for energy, stress, and fertility.

A 400 mg capsule of dry maca extract represents 2.4 g of maca powder (6:1 ratio). 

The 3 capsules per day recommended by Natura Force therefore represent 7.2 g of maca.

Given this high dosage, I recommend those suffering from metabolic disorders and/or hypertension consult their doctor before consuming at this dose.

I chose to compare the price of Natura to that of its competitors on 4 products: royal jelly, baobab powder, multivitamins, and maca.

Natura Force’s royal jelly is sold in a 100 g container, which is not the case for its competitors who favor smaller containers of 30 g. 

Natura Force is priced at a median price, with equal quality. It is not the cheapest on the market but remains much cheaper than some brands like Famille Mary.

For Baobab Powder, it is noticeable that its price per kilo is more expensive than that of its competitors.

Natura Force’s Maca is priced at a medium price range but its price is relatively high compared to other brands that offer a higher ratio and a larger number of capsules.

A Natura Force Multivitamin course provides only a 25-day course, while its competitors provide between 30 days and 50 days of course. Thus, Natura Force Multivitamins are slightly more expensive.

However, the brand distinguishes itself by a better quantity and quality of vitamins and minerals. They are 100% natural, which is a “plus.” 

Natura Force ships worldwide, with variable shipping costs and free shipping for purchases over 70€ in mainland France.

There are packs containing 3 products with specific themes (slimming, vitality, sport, etc.). Purchasing this pack results in a few euros discount.

A loyalty program is in place provided you have a customer account. 1 euro spent earns you 10 points. Points can be exchanged for discounts (1000 points = 7 euros).

At Natura Force, all dietary supplements are manufactured in Montpellier by a laboratory meeting GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards in force in the European pharmaceutical industry.

The quality of the products is ensured by regular analysis. They are certified GMO-free and compliant with European directives.

To ensure the safety of products coming from abroad, they are packaged in France at Montpellier in GMP and ISO 2000 certified laboratories that ensure verification and control of each supplement.

It should be noted that today in France, only 1% of the royal jelly available in the market comes from the territory, it is generally imported from Asia and particularly from China.

Natura Force is present on Amazon and many online shops. All products have ratings between 4 and 5 stars. Most comments mention the quality of the products.

Natura Force benefits from a customer service reachable by phone.

I only had a few minutes of waiting during my call to get information about the products, the person on the phone was pleasant and their answers were clear and precise. Only the country of origin of the royal jelly could not be provided to me.   

The products are packaged in France, they are all natural, and when they are organic, they have the double AB and European organic certification.

Natura Force is a partner of the MAPPS mutual which notably covers a supplements package. 

The brand does not mention any specific CSR or environmental commitment.
