Who are we?

Darwin Nutrition has been exploring the best in food since 2019. An independent digital-native media outlet, where we talk about nutrition, innovations, and natural dietary supplements.

Reliable and accessible information. Our team is made up of health and food professionals, scientists and specialized authors. We pay particular attention to pedagogy and the scientific rigor of our articles. In 2020 Darwin Nutrition was awarded the HONcode certification which attests to the transparency, responsibility and traceability of health information on the Internet.

But why Darwin? Our famous naturalist and explorer is known for his theory of evolution, but he was also a great culinary enthusiast, fond of the exotic foods from the regions of the world he traveled – like us!

Our book: Beneficial Foods (Mango Editions)

nutrition book

A book co-written with Valentine Cabanel, Doctor of Pharmacy and naturopath, who provides an expert perspective on the benefits of 50 foods that are particularly rich and beneficial to our health.

To make them easy to include in your diet, our friend and chef Jeanne Cottet has devised creative, healthy, and indulgent recipes.
